1. How long does delivery take? We offer Next Day Delivery across the UAE.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we only accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider in cash at the time of delivery.

3. What if I find the product is damaged after the courier leaves? No problem! If you discover any damage or defect after receiving the product, simply inform us within 24 to 48 hours. We will arrange a return or exchange for you.

4. How do I report a damaged product? You can contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours. Please provide your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged item.

5. Are there any charges for returning a damaged product? No. If the product is damaged, we will pick it up from your doorstep for FREE. You do not have to pay any shipping charges for the return.

6. How do I get my money back since I paid by Cash? Once the damaged product is picked up and verified, we will refund your amount.
